I like the ability John Eagle provide to set up maintenance and serice appointments online. The waiting area is very clean, quiet, and has excellent coffee. The service consultant goes over the bill with me explaining each item on the bill. The service consultant reviewed the results of the review of my vehicle. The service consultant was very friendly, courteous, and was dressed very professionally. All the employees are friendly and attentive to the customer. They completed the service and inspection of my vehicle on a timely basis. I have always received excellent service at John Eagle. The service consultant and employees treated me like the customer's satisfaction is job number one. I want to complement Juan Rodriguez for the excellent service he provided to me.
