Jeff Harris was my service advisor today at John Eagle Honda. I was greeted as soon as I drove into the service bay and Jeff found my reservation and explained in detail what service was required on the Honda. Jeff was very nice, very knowledagle about the vehicles and tires etc., and went above and beyond to find the right coupons to apply for the service and I am super happy about that. Excellent fast 7,500 mile check up. They quoted me $139 and when I got there it was $157, but the service personnel came over to readjusted the bill to $141.
