Honestly, this was one of the best and most seamlessly car buying experiences I've ever had. Aaron (internet sales manager) was the best salesperson I've worked with, and I want to say that says A LOT bec car buying experiences I've ever had. Aaron (internet sales manager) was the best salesperson I've worked with, and I want to say that says A LOT because women deal with misogyny, sexism, and bias just because of gender. Every piece of advice I've read in forums, online, chats, between friends and family, all of them always say "bring a man with you" because women know they have to deal with those things. But, in this case, Aaron wasn't like that at all. I was straight with him and explained to him the situation, and what we wanted to look for. I even shared with him that while I don't understand the specs of a car, my partner and I tag team to look at different aspects of a car. I truly appreciated how he understand how my partner and I worked together and made it just a seamless buying process and experience. I did not encounter misogyny, sexism, and gender bias. Granted, I can tell the other associates attempted to help me, but I think they could see I was a person on a mission and let me straight to the front desk. Overall, Aaron was amazing. All the folks working here are so kind and there is definitely no space and no tolerance for misogyny, sexism, and gender bias. It was a huge breath of fresh air and for once, I felt comfortable and safe in this place. Aaron listened to us and our needs, and from there, he guided and supported us to the right vehicle. On the phone, in person, and via text, he was always supported what we wanted and helped us make the right decision and choice. If this is what's it's like working with Aaron, I do hope that it will be like this working with any salesperson at Crown. Last shout out, to the agent at the front desk, my apologies for coming straight to you and not realizing you were snacking for breakfast! You were so helpful even when I said I'd wait until you finish because I am all for taking care of yourself before caring for others. You still helped me out. And yes, we walked out with a new vehicle and never looked back. I love it and it's so much better than previous vehicles I've driven. More
