My wife took our 2022 Tacoma to Crown Toyota for a safety recall. The recall notice said the repair should take about an hour. Our appointment was at 7:30 am , she was told the truck would not be ready until recall. The recall notice said the repair should take about an hour. She was told they don’t have a courtesy driver, but if wanted a loaner car she need to leave a debit card for collateral and it could take a few hours until a car was available. My wife got pissed off and walked five miles to get home. More

John Elway’s Toyota is my go to place whenever I need to get my car serviced. I find them to be easy to get an appointment and once I’m there they’re thorough by reviewing what was done at my prior visit an get my car serviced.
