The salesman, the sales manager, were all wonderful. I have zero complaints about the personal side of this. Now the other part is it just takes too darn long. I was there for hours and hours. I decided what car I wanted probably no later than 2:15 and then I didn’t leave until last night at 8:30. It was the longest day of my life. The car had to be picked up from Long Beach and that actually was the fastest part of it. They offered to let me take my trade-in car home and come back but I had already put in hours and hours, so what was a one more. It wasn’t that part at the end, it was everything else all day long. I don’t know what was happening or why it takes hours. But I really like your people. I think they’re good. They represented the company really well particularly my sales person Khadijah Faye. He was sweet, friendly and kind. I felt comfortable buying this vehicle with him helping me! As I said, I can’t say a single thing about your personnel, they’re awesome. But the process of purchasing the car is cumbersome and a little draconian. More
