John Elway's Crown Toyota

Almost twenty years ago, we purchased a car for my wife from Crown Toyota in Ontario. We recently decided that it was time to get her a new car that had all of the newest safety features and which got bett from Crown Toyota in Ontario. We recently decided that it was time to get her a new car that had all of the newest safety features and which got better mileage than her 2007. Using the Costco Auto Program we were again referred to Crown Toyota and were extremely blessed to have Crown’s Fleet Manager, Dan, work with us in the purchase of a 2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He understood what we wanted and needed. After looking through all of the options available to us and deciding that the SE trim would fit our needs, we test drove a 2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE which was the only trim version of the car on the lot. As we drove and talked in Dan’s office, he told us about the vehicle’s features and how they fit our criteria for a new car. Back in his office, he gave us a quote for both an SE and the XSE we drove. The SE quote was a bit above our price range but acceptable, and the Costco price for the XSE was too high for us. We asked Dan about how much we would be able to get for a trade in of her 2007. The initial amount quoted was lower than we had hoped for, but with Dan’s knowledge skill, he somehow was able to get us an even better amount for the trade in that brought the cost of the XSE down to a price that was just a bit above the SE quote. End result, we decided to purchase the XSE. My wife cannot believe she drove away with a better car than she expected us to purchase and is in awe with what Dan was able to do for us. As we saw him interact with another customer, it was clear that Dan really enjoys doing his magic and making things work out for people. We are extremely thankful that we ended up having Dan help us through our car purchase experience. On a scale of 1 to 5, he’s a 10! More
