This dealer has slipped in customer service quality. I have had my car serviced here since 2012 and the change is quite noticeable. My initial appointment was in a Monday at 945am. When I arrived the lines were extensive with the dealer short on service assoc. after finally being checked in, I was told that they were overwhelmed. I offered to return another day and scheduled an appointment in the spot. When I arrived to my newly scheduled appointment, I learned that it had not been scheduled and that they would see me nevertheless. My vehicle needed a computer assessment however there was no one available to provide this. I asked that the manager be notified. She was and I was ultimately given the assessment. Nothing like this would have happened in the past here. They were conscientious and customer oriented while still being profitable. I don’t see the same level of loyalty to the customer now. More

The facility is exceptionally clean, there is free WiFi, coffee, and a small restaurant where you can get breakfast, or lunch or late afternoon snack. Plenty of comfy seating around the facility as well. The purchase and leasing process was super easy no haggling, attention to detail, and no over zealous salesmen trying to sell you something you don’t need. They fit you to the vehicle you want or need! I highly recommend them! Miguel Umana, our sales associate was extremely helpful, and professional.
