They removed the lug nut security key from the trunk to unlock the wheels in order to rotate them. Instead of returning the security key back to the original location in the spare tire compartment of the unlock the wheels in order to rotate them. Additionally, they left the trunk a mess when retrieving the lug nut security key, and did not return the driver's seat to it's original position. These are little things, but it shows the lack of concern and respect for the customer and their properties. More

I was not pleased with the service I received this last Friday at the dealership. I was given a set time (1:30pm) of when the vehicle would be completed and later informed that there is a delay (3pm). I wa Friday at the dealership. I have been taking my three vehicles to this dealership and not once, I received bad service. During my 7 hour stay I heard other customers complaining about their service they received. It is not good business to have to numerous common one day. If there is a lack of service tech with shortage, then the dealership should think of a better backup solution. More
