Juan and his manager went above and beyond to make this the easiest and hassle free purchases ever. I also was able to get more for my trade in than I was looking for. I was also treated to a free breakfast at the Crown cafeteria while they got all my paperwork in order. Crown has an awesome cafeteria by the way. Delicious breakfast taco plate. this was the second Toyota i have purchased from Crown and will definitely by my next one from them as well. It took 5 hours after I selected my car with no updates. Salesman said someone didn’t come in today. The last hour the finance guy said he just got the paperwork and blamed the sales person for the delay. Salesman said someone didn’t come in today. When I picked my car up the next day I scheduled a time I would be there but once I arrived I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes so they could fill the car with gas and wash it .
