My experience with Crown Toyota of Ontario left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. After carefully researching and deciding on purchasing a truck from them, I was shocked to find out they had sold it out dissatisfied and frustrated. After carefully researching and deciding on purchasing a truck from them, I was shocked to find out they had sold it out from under me. Despite confirming my interest and setting up an appointment to finalize the purchase, Crown Toyota of Ontario failed to uphold their end of the deal. When I arrived at the dealership as scheduled, I was informed that the truck I had planned to buy had been sold to another customer as I was in the building. This lack of communication and professionalism is utterly unacceptable. No effort was made to inform me of the sale or offer any alternatives. It's clear that Crown Toyota of Ontario prioritizes making a quick sale over honoring commitments and respecting potential buyers. Furthermore, the staff's indifferent attitude towards my disappointment was infuriating. They showed no remorse for their mistake and offered no compensation or gesture of goodwill for wasting my time and causing unnecessary inconvenience. As a customer who was ready to make a purchase, I expected better treatment and respect from Crown Toyota of Ontario. Unfortunately, they failed miserably in meeting even the most basic expectations of customer service and integrity. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Crown Toyota of Ontario to proceed with extreme caution. Their disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction is evident, and there are undoubtedly more reputable dealerships that deserve your business. More
