Have an appoinment 2pm got there 130 and I didn’t get my car back until 630 pm almost 7. Hats a good 5 hours waiting in the waiting area. Didn’t get an update if my brake need to be. Then I was ask if they can finish the car the next day. 🤔 really. I have an appointment 2pm and didn’t get an update after 2 hours and didn’t get another update another hour then they ask if they can finish my car the next day? And was told coz I wanted. my car same day that’s why I waited that long.seriously! Steven nice about it though and very apologetic. He’s professional and nice.but the whole waiting process is ridiculous More
