I have been going to Crown Toyota for about 20 years. The service has been outstanding the entire time. I have worked with basically 2 service writers, Jeff Wade is the most recent, 10 plus years. Spent a $190 for a test I could have gotten for free at autozone. Then was told I should purchase a new battery and have it installed for around $300 so I could get another $190 test to see if it might fix autozone. Then was told I should purchase a new battery and have it installed for around $300 so I could get another $190 test to see if it might fix the problem. If I had know they wouldn’t be able to figure out the exact problem I would have never brought in the car and would have done the tests myself at autozone for free. I feel like I was scammed. I’m not about to pay a xxxx ton of money for something I could have done myself. I’m never going back to get work done at a dealer. Especially this one, that’s just trying to sell me things that might or might not help me with my car problem. More

I got an oil change yesterday at Crown Toyota the experience was great I was in and out in 50 minutes I normally go to Victorville for my oil changes however they have been taking an hour and a half experience was great I was in and out in 50 minutes I normally go to Victorville for my oil changes however they have been taking an hour and a half to two hours which I feel is ridiculous yesterday‘s experience was great thank you for that.
