Im writting this review with regards to both Gabriel, my salesman, and Vitaliy, my finance rep. I reserved a rav4 a little over a month ago with Gabriel. Through the process, Gabriel was helpful in updating salesman, and Vitaliy, my finance rep. I reserved a rav4 a little over a month ago with Gabriel. Through the process, Gabriel was helpful in updating me on the status. The car took a little longer than anticipated due to the crazy weather weve had, but who can control that. Today i finally got the text that my baby was here. Gabriel even took a quick video of the car for me to see it before i came in. Gabriel was super helpful with getting me the best deal on my trade in. Im not much of a talker so i appreciated that he was straight to the point. I was then helped by Vitaliy who was super helpful in explaining everything, my different options but was never pushy. He was an absolute pleasure to work with.
