I had my brakes serviced. I was told the front rotors were severely warped. They made the decision to machine them instead of replacement. After the repair I immediately noticed a ticking sound when I applied the brakes. I returned the vehicle for inspection. I was told their would be no charge if the ticking sound was related to the brakes. After inspection I was told the front rotors needed replacement. Apparently their repair of the old rotors did not work. They charged me labor for the installation of the new rotors and labor for the unsuccessful repair of the old ones. I complained, but they refused to adjust the billing. I paid $737 just for the front brakes. I will never go to this dealership again. More
