If you're considering selling a used car, do NOT waste your time with CarMax, Carvanna or any of the other 3rd party car companies - go straight to John Elway's Toyota and ask for Vince! Vince was very fa your time with CarMax, Carvanna or any of the other 3rd party car companies - go straight to John Elway's Toyota and ask for Vince! Vince was very fair with his pricing, up front and honest and has a great personality - made me feel at home and comfortable from my initial conversation with him. In addition to dealing with a true professional, the people behind the scenes took all of the hassle away in regards to the administrative portion of the sale. Working with Vince and the other individuals at JE Toyota, turned a stressful adventure into a pleasurable experience. I wasted too much time with the other 3rd party car purchasing companies and should have contacted Vince immediately - don't make the same mistake that I did, go straight to this dealership!!! More
I understand that there is a supply chain(s) issue that complicates getting the vehicle I desire but I do not believe that makes it OK to scam the customer with unwanted dealer provided accessories. Their complicates getting the vehicle I desire but I do not believe that makes it OK to scam the customer with unwanted dealer provided accessories. Their web site indicated the car I wanted was in stock; however, it was in transit. That was OK, I was willing to wait. In getting the final specifics on the vehicle there was a dealer added item, Ceramic Paint Protection. In a following e-mail the representative indicated I should add an additional $499.99 for 2 year dent removal service. I indicated I wanted neither of the add-ons and was told they are not optional. I understand getting accessories that are factory installed is what it is. Dealer additions should be optional. I find this to be unacceptable business practices. More
Best experience with a car dealer. Crown Toyota is upfront and honest with their one price approach. It was straight forward, in and out within a couple hours and did not feel pressure Crown Toyota is upfront and honest with their one price approach. It was straight forward, in and out within a couple hours and did not feel pressured or stressed at any point. I had the pleasure of working with Anjum from sales. He took the time to help me out as a walk in and secured the vehicle that i wanted. Ask for Anjum Raza when you stop in! Jimmy from finance was really funny and personable. I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you both. Anthony was also a great help at the beginning of my search. Shout out to Jose for also following up with me on some questions I had. More
These folks are precisely why people hate car salesman and car dealers. They lie. They cheat and they will waste your valuable time. I had been in contact with Vince Foglia who was acting as a liaison and car dealers. They lie. They cheat and they will waste your valuable time. I had been in contact with Vince Foglia who was acting as a liaison between myself and one of the owners of Crown Toyota who supposedly wanted to buy my Jeep 392 for his own personal vehicle. They offered me 84k and I spent an afternoon in a hot garage emptying out the vehicle. The following morning I drove an hour in heavy traffic to complete the sale as I already had a new Ford truck awaiting finalization of the Jeep sale. They originally offered me 85k for the Jeep but when Vince learned that I had removed a roof rack (valued at 500) he said that the so called owner wasn't happy and it changed the look of the vehicle. Then they said they'd only be willing to pay 84k, but it was a done deal at 84k and they were definitely a buyer at that price. After arriving I was greeted with attitude and was cursed at by Vince because he didn't like a joke I made about charging a grand for the owners manuals since they screwed me out of the original offer, trying to nickel and dime me down. He was very rude and said he'd walk away from this xxxxing deal right now. Awhile later he approached me and said he made a big mistake and didn't run some dates correctly in regard to the value and said there was no way he could pay 84k and then offered 79k. Bottom line is he is unprofessional, and dishonest. He not only inconvenienced me, but the poor guy that came in on his day off at Ford to finish the deal on the new truck I had worked out. Vince isn't one of the line salesman, he's a manager or general sales manager, I'm not sure which. But he's the guy that sets the standard for the other sales people and I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior at a business. If you enjoy being lied to, jerked around and have the better part of your day wasted, then this dealer is for you. This isn't over and I have it in writing via text that we had a deal at the 84k. I'll be seeking legal counsel on this matter. The bottom line is once I arrived, they no longer wanted the Jeep, or, Vince simply didn't do his homework before making an offer. Really crappy that they'd waste peoples time and treat them so badly. More

I was there on Mother’s Day; the usually 2 hours service took 6 hours to finish. No one explained to me if my brake pads were okay, the condition of my tires, if the fluids were replaced. I left 5 messages took 6 hours to finish. No one explained to me if my brake pads were okay, the condition of my tires, if the fluids were replaced. I left 5 messages to the customer relation representative: Tina, I never heard back. I’ve been a customer for 21 years; the last experienced I’ve had was very frustrating and unsatisfactory. What would it take to get a courtesy call and service recovery? Do we need to reach out to John Elway? More
I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years but the service department recently was dissatisfying. They asked for items to be serviced that was not needed, eg. damages wheel and bent rear axle.
