Mechanic broke the welds for the skid plate bolts by using a impact wrench and didn't bother to tell me. Just put skid plate back and now dealer won't own up to it. Says it was because I go off road. Buyers beware! Think twice about purchasing a vehicle from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to be the finance manager as well. I went and test dr from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to be the finance manager as well. I went and test drove the truck the evening before and the salesperson knew I was bringing in my trade and cash the following day to purchase the vehicle. At no time was I wavering to purchase he clearly understood this. The following morning I was contacted by Mr Conner to complete my credit app. I did just that and sent it in. Mr Conner ran my credit then messaged me 10 minutes later stating he just sold the truck to another customer. The fact of the matter was Mr Conner should have never bugged me for my credit app knowing he was in the middle of selling the vehicle in which I intended on purchasing. They hit my credit report and sold the vehicle to someone else within minutes. This company has zero integrity. Purchase from someone who will take care of their customers! More

2020 Rav4 Toyota EXPLODING SUNROOF -- Quality Control Issue My wife and I purchased a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4 in late December 2019 -- and both the dealership and Factory (Plano, TX) would NOT cover the repl My wife and I purchased a brand new 2020 Toyota Rav4 in late December 2019 -- and both the dealership and Factory (Plano, TX) would NOT cover the replacement of a Sunroof that had unexpectedly exploded for absolutely NO REASON!!! Their "Fix", I was instructed by them to put in a claim with my own insurance carrier -- and for me to pay the deductible for a safety issue and reoccurring problem that is known by other drivers / consumers. Had to rent a Rental Car from this dealership while they assessed the situation and Warranty Repair work -- but would NOT honor the "Repairs" nor would they reimburse me for the 3 days rental car charges. The Rav4 had just 5,000 miles on it. Got the complete "run-around" and shoulder shrugs... Needless to say, we are not at all pleased with their Customer Service Dept. In fact, a week later I''m still waiting for a returned call from the Factory's Customer Service dept. as well. More

Had the best experience at John Elway crown Toyota in Ontario! we worked with Harmon and he was amazing and patient with us!!(I’m picky) He took us in so many different cars and never not once made me f Ontario! we worked with Harmon and he was amazing and patient with us!!(I’m picky) He took us in so many different cars and never not once made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt! I loved that he kept checking on us making sure we were ok while waiting for finance. He was super cool and down to earth! Next time I need a car I’m going back to crown Toyota!!
