Excellent service from the Service Department! ! We had a travel emergency, oil pressure fail light turned ON. We were able to GOOGLE search for a CJDR dealer and were able to drive there. Bill ! Bill Perry understood the emergency, and was able to slot us into the service schedule. Tech Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the problem, the oil pressure sensor blew out and is leaking oil. Super good technician 👏👏 . So, sensor replaced, oil and filter change done, checked sump for metallic particles, and a complete vehicle inspection done. All this done in two hours on their busy schedule. Cost? Much less than I expected, worth every penny for peace of mind. Back on the road, 6 hour trip to home, the Jeep performed flawlessly.
