Joe the manager at this dealership went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even after the sale. He just presented them with explanations of each products they offer. And yes I bought the extended warranty. Service was awesome. They came to my home and picked up my truck to do some punch list items and returned it to me. I live 45 minutes from the dealership. Great experience. If you’re in the market for this brand I would highly recommend you give them a chance. More

Had a flat tire o the road from NY. Stopped into Hiester CJD at 4:00 on a Friday Service advisor Matt immediately assisted me. He was professional and understanding He called over to Stopped into Hiester CJD at 4:00 on a Friday Service advisor Matt immediately assisted me. He was professional and understanding He called over to the Express desk to get a tech to diagnose the tire . Tech came right over , evaluated the tire and determined it could be repaired. They did a quick service check and repaired the tire all within a 1/2 hour time . Brought me the keys and wished me a great day. Had a recall scheduled and was told it would take a day to complete.They gave us a vehicle to drive that was extremely hard for my wife to get in and out.They loaner had mechanical issues also.The dealersh to complete.They gave us a vehicle to drive that was extremely hard for my wife to get in and out.They loaner had mechanical issues also.The dealership kept my van two days not counting Sunday to complete the recall.Also I had to clean dirty spots from sun visors and headliner.Very disappointed with this encounter.
