Matt was attentive while not over-selling and helped make this a surprisingly pleasant car buying experience. And money-guy Clay made us both feel comfortable (and laughing) all while taking care of the zillions of necessary details. Disappointed with Service Repair! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors. The Technician either did a terrible job conducting unnecessary troubleshooting OR possibly I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors. The Technician either did a terrible job conducting unnecessary troubleshooting OR possibly the Service Advisor Bailey Hibbert did not communicate to the technician the customer's information on the problem. Here is my story: I sent my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a 'No Start', and explained that there was a problem with the Solenoid which engages the starter (I'm very technical and did all the prework on the issue). Three days and $725 dollars later, The tech went through all kinds of tests and lastly checked solenoid and found the wire was loose. Exactly at the point I communicated to the service Advisor from the beginning. I'd be okay paying $200 or $300, but definitely not $725. Highly disappointed! I would not recommend John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors. More
