I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This was one of the most unprofessional and shady dealership experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, communication was terrible. My mom submitted a co-signer application, there were issues with it, and instead of helping resolve anything, the salesperson was slow to respond and offered very little support. The finance staff was also rude and dismissive, which made the entire process even worse. After dragging things out, I was finally contacted at the end of the day right before closing and told I couldn’t get approved, even with a co-signer and a significant down payment. Then by Monday, I was told the vehicle had already sold over the weekend. The timing and the way everything was handled felt misleading from start to finish. Nothing about this experience felt honest, transparent, or customer-focused. It felt like excuses, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. This place does not value people’s time, and based on my experience, I would not trust them to do business fairly. More

We have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership over the last 7 years and have been pleased with ever one of them. Saw a car online, made an appt (we live in Duluth) with Matt Schmidt who had answered my email. The car was just as advertised, however too small for our needs.
