I had my vehicle in for an oil change and asked them to figure out why I was smelling anti-freeze in the cab. I was told I needed a new heater core. No big deal. They had my vehicle over the weekend and I figure out why I was smelling anti-freeze in the cab. I was told I needed a new heater core. No big deal. They had my vehicle over the weekend and I picked up Monday night. Went Tony my phone into the USB port and neither are working. I use Apple play everyday, so I was annoyed. I turned my heat on and it’s now making a noise it wasn’t making prior to bringing it in. Called to get it back in and they are unable to tell me how long it will take the fix, so I asked for a loaner vehicle as I have to work and have several appointments throughout the week. They are unable to get my vehicle back in for a week because they don’t have a loaner vehicle until then. I’m just annoyed because I had them fix something and now something else is wrong and I have to wait to get it fixed. More

I was helped right away. My car was finished quicker than I thought it would be. Nice. Wish they offered a better discount for Veterans. Got a whole $3 discount.
