Initial experience was good. The used vehicle I purchased is an AWD. During the test drive the rear end kicked out several times. I attributed it to bad roads and weather. The issue continued. 2 days after purchase I noticed the rear tires were different from the front, they should be the same on AWD vehicles. Cambridge Motors said it was not a safety issue and said I could purchase tires from them instead of fixing the issue. You would think a reputable dealership would at a minimum know that AWD needs all of the same tires (tread pattern) and that it IS a safety issue. I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from Cambridge Motors and I suggest you do not either. Very unhappy customer. More
We went to look at a SUV hubby had checked out, wound up being able to drive it home that day. When I walked in, a very nice guy, Richard Thielen greated us. I had just had an infusion so was kinda snippy, & I blurted out, this is what I want, this is my highest price, & I'm doing a trade in. He was so sweet, wrote it all down and within a short time we found what we both wanted & needed. I still wasn't feeling great so I tole hubby to take it for a drive without me, Richard made sure I had anything I needed til they got back. Hubby knows me after 40yrs & I trust him. He came back and said I'd like it more than I thought, was he right. I felt safe driving in the weather today, and the roads were nasty. The Chevy Traverse handled like a dream. Started it in the house so it was warm. It handled Great. Richard was such a sweetheart, and he knew what he was talking about, I was really surprised at everything he knew about all the different vehicles. I'll make sure to pass his name along to all my friends. We also had a great gal, Brooke that did all the paperwork to get us a great deal on warranties, at our age we know how expensive it can be, this will really help just in case, she really knew her stuff, she found just the right package we needed. If you're looking for a ride, ask for Richard Thielen, and no he didn't pay me for this review, but I did ask if I could give him one, it was getting really late and he was ready to leave when we walked in, as a former business owner ourselves, he gave us the best of Customer care. More

Worst Experience Buying A Car in 58 years! Everybody was great at returning calls prior to the sale, but it's been a disaster ever since...and the worst customer service ever. Cashed our check the day af great at returning calls prior to the sale, but it's been a disaster ever since...and the worst customer service ever. Cashed our check the day after the sale, only to find out we couldn't get the title because they didn't have clear title to sell us the car (they were missing a signature). As we tried to get straight answers to resolve this issue so we could register the car, we never got returned calls. We always had to call them. They finally called yesterday to tell us the title was going to be "overnighted" . The title never showed up today. When we called to get tracking information from the lady in charge, no one answered the phone. Left a message, and as always.......no call back! On top of that, the truck broke down on the road one week later...resulting in an $1,800 repair! (It actually broke down in the middle of Nebraska, at night!) I asked the salesman for the records of what was inspected and/or repaired prior to the sale to try to get insight into what was done prior to our purchase, and magically he couldn't find them. Said he would get them for me, and again....no call back and no documents. Basically...We have had no response on anything from Cambridge Motors during this process. In addition, when I emailed Luther Automotive "customer service" today for help (they don't list a phone number), I got the same result. No call back, no response. Nobody cares once the sale is made. I would highly recommend you take your business "anywhere" else. This company doesn't know the meaning of integrity and customer service, they are obviously only in it for the quick sale! It might be a family run business, but it's not the kind of family I was raised in.👎👎👎 More
Everything was first class and it seemed Matt really cared about taking care of us. He answered all questions with good solid answers including one he had to consult with some one about the answer. The department manager (I have forgotten his name, I am sorry) was equally as helpful and caring. The only downer at all was the young lady who had us filling out paper work. It was late in the day and she probably was tired but she did not have the same caring attitude the others had and seemed impatient when questions came up. Over all a very good experience. More
