It wasn't cheap, but my families saftey is more important than money. I wanted a reliable suv and found one that seemed reasonable. I met Tom French in the dealership lot and he allowed me to test drive this vehicle right away. Tom seemed like a nice guy during the entire buying process. I had a concern about a noise coming from the front end it seemed like so they rotated the tires free of charge. Some of the noise is gone, but I'm unsure if it could be something else. I mentioned to the salesman that it shifts funny, downshifting and lower gear problems. He then allowed me to drive a 2012 Suburban to see if it shifted the same way which I really appreciated. Turns out when I was driving the Suburban there was a loud clunk when in 1st going to 2nd gear. I think I'm going to bring it in very soon to have it checked out. My buddy says it sounds like a torque converter is acting up. So hopefully I can get all these what seem like drivetrain problems diagnosed before something bad happens. It worries me as my kids travel in this vehicle and I literally just bought it on Wednesday. More

My experience has been crappy Just bought a car owned it ten days had been in a shop for 6 days! They couldn't figure out what's wrong with it it shakes. They scratched my car and to fix it they just put filler in it and left and wouldn't make it wright. My car still isn't fixed and now I have to send it to an authorized ford dealer and pay for electronic issues and still figure out why my car still shakes above 65 mph I'm not happy! More

Unexpected Service Bought a used 2014 Kia two months ago. Purchase came with two free oil changes. During first oil change, this dealer repaired a slow leaking tire ($75 repair) at no charge to me. These guys try really hard to be a memorable service provider. Even though their location is not part of my regular routine, I will call these guys first for future issues. More
Disappointed I usually do not have any problems with this dealership until now. My vehicle had a Recall, I made the appointment about 1 week ago. After sitting for I usually do not have any problems with this dealership until now. My vehicle had a Recall, I made the appointment about 1 week ago. After sitting for 45 minutes I was told they did not have the right parts for the recall and would need to return. I know things happen but it was a recall and don't understand why the parts were not available. It was my only day off until next week and now I need to reschedule and use my only other day off of work to return. Hopefully my ignition switch does not go out on me before then. I do not believe it was the employees fault, Jeep should have the correct parts available. More

When having the car examined for a road trip, I was told there was a My most recent experience with John Hirsch's Cambridge Motors is still ongoing. When having the car examined for a road trip, I was told there was a part needed but it would still be okay for a trip. They called to let me know the part was in, so upon my return I took my car and left it. They called back to say the wrong part was ordered. So I had to pick up my car and continue with the transfer case seal leaking. Then I received an automated call telling me it was my last notification that the part was in for my vehicle and if I didn't make an appointment, my part would be returned. That was actually the only call I received. I took the car in and got a loaner. Then I was called and told that my car actually required two parts, not one. So I picked up my car and am now waiting on both parts so my car can be repaired. I worked with Eric and he said he felt very bad about the automated call advising me my part would be returned and that I was even called when both parts were not it. He agreed to provide a free oil change for the inconvenience. I found Eric very polite and easy to work with. I have also worked with Taylor and I believe Matt, both of whom were also very nice and easy to work with. So in summary, the people in the service department with whom I have had to work were pleasant. Even with the issues of getting parts, I would still recommend this dealership because people's attitude and how they treat a customer make a difference. If all the parts were there on time but the people were rude and unaccommodating, I would have taken my business elsewhere. More
