Very poor morals. I bought a truck from them with a maintenance agreement as part of the deal. Took the truck in for the first oil change, they didnt have any oil for I bought a truck from them with a maintenance agreement as part of the deal. Took the truck in for the first oil change, they didnt have any oil for my truck, broke the fuel filter housing which they refused to fix and then told me I would have to pay for the oil change. When I refused I found out they were no longer going to honor the agree upon maintenance agreement because that would be too expensive on their end. My boyfriend also bought a truck from them, traded in his truck, which the head mechanic went though before the trade in was accepted and trade in value was decided. Weeks later, after the new truck was purchased and the deal was done, they decided they didn't want to do that anymore, and threatened legal action to switch the vehicles back because they didn't realize it was a diesel and was deleted. We were treated absolutely terribly by the dealership and manager. I would NEVER buy anything from them again, please look at all the bad reviews before you do any business with them. They are crooks More

I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was totaled a few weeks ago. I have been completely devasted through this process as I absolutely LOVED my Rogue. I had been hesitant to drive and knew that I would need a new car so we started the search. I looked around at different makes and models and finally ended our day at John Lee Nissan in Panama City. Nothing felt more like "home" than when we met with Jermal Tolver and the group at John Lee. We looked at different Pathfinders to get a feel of what we wanted and needed. Jermal was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us through the process. He was very aware of my hesitation for everything; safety, test driving, the needs our family needed, etc. and perfectly executed all of it with so much compassion on how the Pathfinder would fit all of those needs. Without hesitation, I'd recommend John Lee Nissan, Jermal Tolver, and the Pathfinders! More

So, in comparing a couple Mazda offerings with the Rogue I ended up purchasing, I am pleased to say the Nissan experience won out. The financial person, Anton, was informative but not overbearing, and it was a pleasurable transaction all the way around.
