I am recently single and had not bought a new car in 17 years. My first car was a Datsun b210 and my second was a Sentra Hatchback. I went there needing to buy something for me and needed a dealership that would listen to ME and not force me into something I didn't want. I had a sense of urgency and explained what I needed to my salesman Troye. He understood and listened to my requirements and guided me through the selction of my Altima. The next hurdle was fianacing. My credit was BAD! The finance department worked hard to get me approved and after some bartering with down payment requirements, poor credit history, and my time frame they made it happen! I drove off the lot confident that this was the right car for me and 60 days later I know it was. My son said this car was cool so how could I go wrong! The way I was treated at John Lee Nissan was wonderful and I will make this my dealership of choice for future needs. They were honest and I did not feel pressured to buy. They made what could have been a disaster a wonderful outcome for my independence and restoration of my credit. More

The salesman I dealt with was Troye Cook and he did an excellent job of responding honestly and completely, which made me feel very confident as I made my decision on what vehicle I would buy and what dealership I would buy it from. I was actually in the market for an Infiniti and failed to find what I wanted. While looking at a used Infiniti Coupe at another dealer, the salesman suggested I look at Altima Coupes and so I went to Joh to find what I wanted. As an aside, I had previously purchased a Mazda CX9 in 2010 from John Lee Mazda. When I arrived at Lee Nisan I met Troye Cook (ELVIS) and was well taken care of , even though he was new to selling cars but had aparently been well trained. The entire expierence was as good as it gets. Over the past 40 years I have probably purchased over 25 or 30 cars and trucks while in the building business and have become , through expierence, an informed buyer. There is none better than Lee Nissan or Troye Cook!!! I will always return in the future when in the car market. More

I bought an extended warranty that I was told covered scratches and dents. I went to service and they couldn't find it so they sent me to Jack Bennie.
