Patrick was great with my daughter explaining everything about the car she picked out. This was her first time buying a car and Jim attitude made the financing and paperwork a great learning experience. Patrick assisted me in picking out a vehicle for my mother-in-law by asking what she would use the car for and whether she needed any bells and whistles. Once the vehicle was chosen Patrick arranged with Jim for me to take the paper work home and have her sign all the documents. When I returned the with the signatures the next morning Jim had me in and out in about 10 minutes and Patrick had the car waiting. A truly enjoyable vehicle purchase experience. More
