I spoke with Mark McDonald and from then o I had been eyeing a 2014 Maxima for a few days until I finally contacted John Lee Nissan's used car center. He told me to fill the credit application out online and the following evening it only took about 2 hours to complete the entire process. It was totally pain free and a pleasurable experience. Our salesman, Patrick Colbert, didn't have the car we came for (it had sold) We visited John Lee Nissan looking for an SUV and with a maximum budget. Our salesman, Patrick Colbert, didn't have the car we came for (it had sold) but pointed us to a Nissan Pathfinder we thought would be out of our budget. Between good credit and flexibility, we were able to get the car on budget. The financing part was frenetic — good because there's a lot to sign and it's of course not the fun part, but a little overwhelming. Overall good experience, and we love the car so far. More
