Best car shopping experience because of Joe I stopped by the John Lee dealership a few weeks ago and was just looking around. I met Joe when I was just looking. He answered all my questions and I stopped by the John Lee dealership a few weeks ago and was just looking around. I met Joe when I was just looking. He answered all my questions and took me on a test drive that I asked for and wasn't pressured into. I didn't buy a car that day, but I returned yesterday and was ready to buy. Joe was able to help me again, he gave me a no BS deal and I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable from walk in to being handed the keys. I shopped around for cars visiting deadlier ships for over a month and out of the 20+ dealerships I visited I went back to John Lee for the service and the product. I will recommend Joey Lee to anybody looking for new or used cars or trucks. I also recommend working with Joe because he will give you an honest price and make you actually enjoy buying a vehicle. ralph was awesome. he wasnt pushy or overbearing in any way. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Although what I really wanted was a bit out of my budget, Ralph listened to me describe the features that wer I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Although what I really wanted was a bit out of my budget, Ralph listened to me describe the features that were most important to me and offered an alternative option. What he suggested was even better than what I originally wanted and was within my budget. My ex was a car salesman, I've heard the routine. I refused to return to a prior dealership where I felt pushed into getting something I didn't want. Ralph was the complete opposite of my prior salesman experiences. I do not need someone to feed me a line of crap, just someone to listen to what I want and help me find the highest quality vehicle within my budget that meets my needs/wants. Ralph did just that. Great Price, Awesome Customer Service Two weekends ago, I drove from Atlanta to considered purchasing a beautiful 2015 Nissan CPO 370Z Nismo Tech at John Lee Nissan. My sales team was Pat Two weekends ago, I drove from Atlanta to considered purchasing a beautiful 2015 Nissan CPO 370Z Nismo Tech at John Lee Nissan. My sales team was Patrick Colbert, Sales Consultant and Sean Clark, Internet Sales Manager. Both Patrick and Sean bent over backward tried to make this deal possible. Sean even sweetened the pot with a final unbelievable drive out price which I almost considered it but had cold feet and rejected his offer. Friday, December 9th, I reconsidered to purchase the car so I texted Patrick. He texted me back saying somebody just purchased the car. I was devastated. It was definitely my loss and the new owner's gain. If you're looking to purchase your next new or pre-owned vehicle, please give Patrick or Sean a call. You won't be disappointed!!! More

Extended warranty is a RIP-OFF Bought a 2014 Nissan Quest on Dec. 31, 2015. Was talked e extended warranty. Paid a total of $2,474 for it. Took the car in for servicing today and th Bought a 2014 Nissan Quest on Dec. 31, 2015. Was talked e extended warranty. Paid a total of $2,474 for it. Took the car in for servicing today and they informed us that we needed a new battery which is NOT covered under the warranty 10 1/2 months later. We will NEVER do business with them again! More
