Collision Center left car worse than when I dropped off I chose this center based on the facility they had. Little did I know that my car would end up worse than when I picked it up. They held my car for I chose this center based on the facility they had. Little did I know that my car would end up worse than when I picked it up. They held my car for three weeks, never calling me to give an update And during that time left my car to drain the electrical system and destroy my battery. They are only about collecting money from insurance companies and not about doing great work or customer service. More

Advertise one thing, sell you another once you are there We went to the dealer ship looking for a beautiful used car on their web page, once there, the salesman would never show use the car but told us we w We went to the dealer ship looking for a beautiful used car on their web page, once there, the salesman would never show use the car but told us we were approved for a new car, showed us that one and told us that the new car was only a few dollars more a month than the used car was plus we got the lifetime warranty with only the new one. Well, the payments we signed paperwork for was NOT the papyments we are now to pay, the car has to go back to the dealership for repairs after being home for 1 week and then we find out that we over paid $2,000.00, we have the base model when the S and SR are being sold for the very same price. Nothing was as promised, now we are out of a lot of time and money. More

Our salesman, Lance Sims was very friendly and helpful when we were looking for our auto. The part that really blew us away was, getting a VERY low interest rate after filing for bankruptcy. Mr. Robert Hernandez made this possible. He went above and beyond to help us get a lower payment and even called me on his way to a doctors appointment to let me know that he could get us financed. Chuck in the financial department took the time to break down numbers and slowly explain what could better benefit our family when it came to buying our new vehicle. We ended up making a better deal with Chuck than what we decided with our salesman. Anton was our salesman & he took a lot of time working with us. At first he showed us used cars that we were interested & we test drove a few. After I took some time away I decided a new car may be what we were more interested in. We test drove a couple and finally made an informed decision for our family with Anton's help. Patrick was also a huge help when it came to buying a new car. He helped me understand the different packages that came with the different vehicles and figure out what I could and could not live without. All in all, a great team. More

I have been to John Lee Nissan on several occasions and have fou I wouldn't consider giving a rating or comment on a business based on one experience. I have been to John Lee Nissan on several occasions and have found the experience professional and timely each time. Several months ago after an accident that did a lot of body damage; they had my car for 4 weeks and every step of the process was handled professionally. One week after I got my car back it stopped running due to a computer issue, related to the damage. I called them and within 30 mins someone was there. They went to work immediately to tow the vehicle, assess the problem, provide me a rental, etc. I have only dealt with the service dept and the body shop but I can say, each representative I have dealt with in those depts. has been courteous and professional every time. More
