Our salesperson, Bela Kavacs, was very professional, personable and knowledgeable about options and technology available and will explain/teach new computer technology and navigation systems. Bela was helpful in a non pushy, no high pressure manner which made for an enjoyable buying experience. I found a used 2004 gto for sale here. I live 4 and a half hours away and did most of the negotiating over the phone. I dealt with John Preskitt primarily. After seeing pictures of the car and being told by Mr. mills that the car was in excellent condition I made arrangements to drive the 240 miles to the dealership and buy the car. I placed a 120 dollar deposit on the car over the phone. I called Mr. Preskitt before I left to give him ample time to get the car cleaned up and ready. When I arrived I found the car to be in deplorable shape. The paint on the car was totally destroyed. Both driver side wheels were bent. The interior of the car had cigarette burns and upholstery coming apart. Under the hood you could see evidence of a previous collision. The car had no signs of any attempt to be cleaned up, and to top it all off it wouldn't even start. I was irate to say the least. Mr. Preskitt wouldn't even face me and Mr. Mills told me that I was liar and that he never stated that the vehicle was In good condition. The car had 77k miles on it and the asking price was dead on what clean book would be for the year and mileage at 11,900 dollars. This was a 5000 dollar car at best. It was VERY rough. Mr. Bennie saw to it that my deposit was refunded and was very cordial, but the only solace they tried to give me for my 4 hour drive was "We're sorry". They didn't try to sell me another car, or even to compensate me for the 100 dollars I had spent in gas. Very dishonest and deplorable way to do business. BUYER BEWARE... More

He indicated that we would be able to buy a new car for less than the used ones we were looking at and then get the life-time warranty on the engine and drive train. Ed Moriarty took us for a test drive, helped us find the Altima that we wanted with all of the accessories, train us on how to use the navigation system, and was very helpful with the various features on the car. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everyone at this dealership. My husband was looking for a new truck and had been treated badly at the Ford dealership, so was about to give up looking. He was not excited about it when I first told him, because he did not know anything about the truck, but then Marcus Sellers came out to the parking lot. He was also new to the Nissan family, but very nice and not pushy. My husband threw questions at him to the point that I started to feel bad for him. But through it all he was polite and the best part was if he did not know the answer he said "I don't know, but I can find out", and he did. He did not just leave it at "I don't know", which makes me so angry. That is where Jack Bennie came in. He was right there the whole time and needless to say, we have a: big; red; great to drive; handles the road wonderfully; good on gas; with the chrome package; 4X4; Titan. It has been a few months now and I love to drive it. I have taken it on road trips and around town. And as far as the sales experience, I feel like I need to go by the dealership to visit my new best friends, and definitely send Christmas gifts. Now we just need to go get my HUSBAND a truck. ;) More
