Tanya (service dept). Always goes above and beyond to assist us. She was able to get my car inspected and repair priced quickly. Unfortunately due to it not being under warranty and the pricing was a lit assist us. She was able to get my car inspected and repair priced quickly. First time at John Thornton. Only needed an oil change. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment, but they said it was no problem. Told me it would take about an hour and I think I was done in about 45 mi I didn’t realize I needed an appointment, but they said it was no problem. Sid is the best!! Found the car online then called to verify availability!! Then we were at the dealership doing a test drive within an hour! Sid is hilarious and entertaining....made us feel very comfo verify availability!! Then we were at the dealership doing a test drive within an hour! Sid is hilarious and entertaining....made us feel very comfortable. Yukon price was spot on according to kbb so no need to haggle! The finance mgr was very busy so another associate stepped in to help us sand get us on our way! All around wonderful experience!! We had driven all over that day going from one dealership to the other and all along the best vehicle and people were right here!! we should have stayed local!! we will definitely be repeat customers!
