My Traverse started shaking after my tire rotation. That has Never happened before in 7 years. I Was told i would have to pay $79.99 to have the tires balanced. I can’t say this is why it blew out, but it’s not a coincidence because my tires were fine. I was told maybe a manager could work something out for the tire balance. . I will continue to have my oil changed at John Thorton, but i will never have them rotate my tires again. Ever!! More

Worth the trip!! My sales rep, Tyler Rossi, made the whole deal smooth and easy, and once I got to the dealership the transaction was quick and painless. Vehicle was in mint condition and I am enjoying every second of driving it!! There was a small hangup with post-sales paperwork but Savannah Silvers in the finance dept took care of everything so I didn't even have to go to my local DMV to get it straightened out.
