This dealership was great to work with, I scheduled my appointment over the phone and they took me in on time. Service was great. Only complaint that I have, is I have received multiple emails wanting m appointment over the phone and they took me in on time. Service was great. Not impressed whatsoever! I had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on once I arrived. (I am walking with a cane and surgical boot and had to stand there.) When the gentleman finally showed up he took a phone c waited on once I arrived. (I am walking with a cane and surgical boot and had to stand there.) When the gentleman finally showed up he took a phone call and discussed the lug nut that was broken and told the person to replace it with “the cheapest one” they had. 😳 Then he decided to wait on me. When my oil change was complete 1 1/2 hours later he tried to sell me additives. This was my first oil change on this vehicle. I highly doubt I will be back to this dealership for anything! More
