Had some trouble with my truck just before going on vacation. I told this to Jarod Powell, the repair associate, and wouldn't be back for a week or more. I authorized the initial cost estimate so they could trouble shoot further if needed. While on vacation, he and I played phone tag and I was able to determine that my truck was fixed at the initial cost. Great! I picked it up when I got back. Jarod was great to deal with throughout! Excellent attitudes which made it easy to ask questions about the work that would be done. Didn't take long at all to pick up vehicle. Had a problem with the car after picking it up but Bill, in the body about the work that would be done. Didn't take long at all to pick up vehicle.
