Bought a used truck and have had issues since the day I drove it off the lot. Even after it went through a 100 point inspection...I asked for a Carfax report and was told it will be in my paperwork. Still drove it off the lot. Even after it went through a 100 point inspection...I asked for a Carfax report and was told it will be in my paperwork. Still never got one. Truck broke down on the side of the road a week after purchasing and was not offered a courtesy tow. Truck was then in the shop for nearly a week and was not offered a courtesy vehicle. Service department rep was like talking to a grumpy brick, zero personality or attempt to make the situation better. When I picked the truck up, I was assured it was fixed only to leave and have to bring it back an hour later for the same issue. Dealership was more worried about me keeping the truck and not trying to return it than my satisfaction and actually doing business the right way. Now, 3 weeks after I bought it, I have a coolant leak. There was no sincere effort to do right by the customer, only interested in protecting a sale. And God help you if you have to call the dealership, you'll get transferred 12 times and each person is grumpier than the last one you talked too. 0/10, will never buy from them again. More

Dealership was nice and clean. Friendly people. But once we purchased the vehicle it was like pulling teeth to try and reach anyone. Was told I would get free oil changes never received any vouchers for it. we purchased the vehicle it was like pulling teeth to try and reach anyone. Would have liked to have seen the same customer service as when we were buying the truck. More
