My husband and I absolutely loved working with Tim! He was awesome and not a pushy salesman, which is what we were accustomed to. I bought my first brand new car for my birthday on 1/2/21 and the staff ev was awesome and not a pushy salesman, which is what we were accustomed to. I bought my first brand new car for my birthday on 1/2/21 and the staff even sang and clapped for me on our way out! They all made our experience very memorable. Kevin was very friendly in finance and Mr. Gamble who also assisted us with a few final touches to get the Chevy app set up on my phone was very helpful and friendly as well. The Allstate guy was just as helpful and friendly too. Overall a great group of people work at John Thornton Chevrolet! We will definitely tell our family and friends about our experience and we plan to go back there to purchase our next vehicle. Thank you all for a memorable experience! More

My husband visited this dealer to look at a vehicle I found online. I could not go up due to work and a doctors appointment. We live 2 hours away. Everything went great my husband brought the vehicle home to me for me to check out that night, which we were very appreciative of. I drove it and I liked it. I was disappointed in the fact that online it advertised having a moon roof. The vehicle did not have a moon roof. When my husband asked the salesman about it he told him the sunroof was a moonroof. It was not. We visited the dealership the next morning. We asked about the moon roof and the guy doing our paperwork just shrugged it off. Also we only received 1 key to the vehicle so now I have to go purchase another one. I would think a vehicle with only 14k miles should come with 2 key fobs. At the end they took the vehicle and washed it and went to fill it up (I thought.) When the salesman come back he said I could only put $20 in the tank. I said I just purchased a very expensive vehicle and you will not fill up the tank? The man across the room at the desk told my salesman to go fill up my tank. Also any time I have purchased a vehicle I am handed an envelope or binder with my purchase papers. I always keep this in my glove box.... They told me its a new thing they do that they do not print the sale paperwork for you they send it to you in an email and I can print out later. Just an odd way to end the exchange. Other than that every one was very nice but I have felt more comfortable at other dealerships. More
