The dealership was very efficient getting my truck ordered. Their website had a truck I liked supposed to be arriving at the lot the day I went to look at it. They let me test drive a similar vehicle. ordered. Their website had a truck I liked supposed to be arriving at the lot the day I went to look at it. They let me test drive a similar vehicle. They offered water while I waited and worked with me on financing. The deal on the truck was great. The fair review is completely because of chevys lack of shipping tracking and inability to tell me a date when the truck should arrive or previous shipping delay times. I spent over a month, closer to 6-7 weeks in a loaner vehicle after trading mine in. In that time I was pulled over for not having tags on my vehicle since it was a loaner, I had the documentation and was allowed to go however getting pulled over waiting on a 47k dollar truck I already paid for and can’t get a definite answer on when I should be expecting it is incredibly frustrating. I will not buy a new Chevy again until they can get with the times and provide real time tracking like every other car company out there. As I said the team on the lot did great, the deal was fine, but If you get told that a truck is coming, because of the way Chevy the company does business it might be sitting in a warehouse somewhere for 6weeks. More
