When I showed up for my appointment, I was told an oil change takes 90 minutes as they are always overbooked. Why make appointments if you cannot keep up? I was also told that I needed a recall issue fixed while I was there- another hour... this should have been conveyed to me when I made the appointment. The service tech was friendly, but he had no control over how long the appointments take. I also am not positive of who helped me- they are all wearing masks. More
