When shopping for a new or used car I was looking for great customer service and professionalism. Working with Ryan Drayton was an awesome experience. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, b great customer service and professionalism. Working with Ryan Drayton was an awesome experience. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. He made my car buying experience so simple from beginning to end. As you can see I gave him five (5) stars. After doing my research for three (3) weeks I knew the deal I needed to make things work for me. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Also, he secured me me an amazing deal (2013 Chevrolet Equinox LT) with ton of upgraded features while keeping the final cost within my budget. The price was not what they were trying to give me at first. They were adding fees that was a $3,000 difference. They come back with two different prices before they got to where it was supposed to be at first. They were adding fees that was a $3,000 difference. The salesperson send it back. To get detailed a second time. We rode home with the crumbs because we got tired of waiting. We did buy the vehicle though. More

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I started with getting a price to sell my car with Gwen, who was awesome! She showed me the car we bought that wasn’t even on our radar.
