The lease of my new 2020 Chevy Blazer was flawless. This was the third vehicle that I've leased from Dan Ramsdell. We have worked out the details on this transaction (all three) via email. This gorgeous Black Blazer AWD 3LT has been derailed, filled up with gas, my all weather floor mats put in place and temporary license applied for tag with requested black license plate frame. Derek Strickland saw to it that everything was orchestrated perfectly and my transaction was seamless and most enjoyable. Twice I told salesman I did not want any accessory add-ons but 2 items were added Dupont exterior and interior treatment which smells so bad it has to be toxic.Also a $500 theft deterrent was added.So add-ons but 2 items were added Dupont exterior and interior treatment which smells so bad it has to be toxic.Also a $500 theft deterrent was added.So it had OnStar and I did not want it anyway.$1000 plus $500 added to this 2020 Silverado,total $1500 I specifically told salesman I did not want.What a bad experience for a disabled 70 year old retiree. The service center itself did a great job. I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. The wind;shield had a crack in it that was there when I bought it and could not be patched again. The service center sai I bought a 2019 GMC Acadia. The wind;shield had a crack in it that was there when I bought it and could not be patched again. The service center said it had to be replaced. I asked Derek, the sales representative I purchased it from, about the windshield and he said I might have to split the cost and I said No. He put me through to Vance and he said they were in the business to make money and they could not pay to replace it. I was not happy at all and I let him know I was not a happy customer at all. Vances' last words to me were "I will have to check out the price of the windshield and get back to you tomorrow. I never heard a reply back from him at all. I had to call and speak to Derek 3 days later to find out what was going on and he said they were replacing the windshield and it should be ready the next day. A phone call would from Vance would have been nice. Derek had it cleaned and ready to pick up the next day. This whole process from the date of purchase until I got my car back was 3 weeks.
