2019 F250 Purchase. Overall experience was very good, friendly, easy to work with, just a few issues... 1. I asked if there were 2 keys with truck, was told “I sure there is”.....but as we got to the end of the transaction, no 2nd set of keys/fob. 2. I asked if owners manual was included, was told yes...when I picked up truck I asked again and was told yes it was in truck. After driving off and started looking for manual......no manual. Otherwise VJ was great to work with....just need to know the facts before answering. Love the truck so far. Left a msg concerning manual, awaiting reply. It may be at the dealership..... More
