Positives and Negatives The most positive was my wonderful, caring, helpful and compassionate sales lady Anissa, who started working for this dealership only one week ago. The most positive was my wonderful, caring, helpful and compassionate sales lady Anissa, who started working for this dealership only one week ago. But the rest of my experience was a negative one. I came back to this dealership to trade in my car that I purchased from them and because I saw their advertisement on line about unbelievable discounts. To make a long story short, I was lied to by the finance guy Kevin Stroud telling me that he is GIVING me an extended service plan. But he just added $1525 to my bill without explaining that I am the one who will be paying for it. I am a senior with a heart condition, and I was very tired after 4 hrs at the dealership, so, I didn’t see that charge until I got home. Also, the car was listed on their website as new without a disclosure that it was a DEMO model with 2185 miles on it. And when I asked the manager about it, he just said Get Another Car, instead of apologizing for misunderstanding and misrepresentation on their website. The Positive thing was that after I called the dealership the following day, they removed the service fee from my contract and my sales lady Anissa delivered it to my home. More

Knowledge of vehicle The salesperson spent very little time going over features in the car. Even though we knew what we wanted there was a lot we didnt know. Also, be aware, if it was an internet price that brought you there you have to show the salesperson the actual ad. Also The odometer reading was not correct. We signed paperwork that showed the odometer reading less than it actually was. We didn't realize it until we left the dealer. They should have had more quality control to verify that. More
