Bad experience Terrible customer service and wait times . The appointment was made for 7:30pm and it took 3 hours. The car had a serious recall and failed inspection Terrible customer service and wait times . The appointment was made for 7:30pm and it took 3 hours. The car had a serious recall and failed inspection. He denied us a loaner car and had to get management involved. My husband drive long distance daily with our daughter . We were concerned about leaving the lot with a car that failed an inspection and could have and accident . The manager had to come and help when asking for a loaner car. We were only concerned about our wellbeing as well as our 1 year old daughter . Once the manager Donna came to help she was more than helpful. I suggest giving loaner cars in emergency situations especially when a service representative verbally tell you the car failed an inspection and that the issue could cause an accident. I just don’t think that is a good way to treat customers who bought 2 cars at one time at this dealer. It was disappointing for the service man to show attitude with my husband with his concerns . I already could have complained when we bought the cars and they let us leave with a car to test it out and ran my xxxx credit after I left when I never made up my mind on buying the car . This has been such a horrible experience all around I will not recommend people buy a car from this trash dealership. More

Marva remembered me and the vehicle I was interested in despite only having met once over a month ago when I called. She was quickly able to find the truck with features I wanted and several color choices in my price range. I’m very happy with my purchase, everyone at the dealership was helpful and didn’t pressure me into signing anywhere before I was ready to. This was my first vehicle purchase and I was nervous and a little unsure of how the process would go, but I couldn’t have been made more comfortable than I was today and I have no more fears or worries. First Service I was concerned that I would be sitting in the waiting area for a while as there were a lot of cars when I arrived, and it was a Monday. Good job I brought my work with me! However, 5 minutes later, my car is ready and they have changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked all the fluid levels. A good experience! More

Still missing second set of keys Everything was fine but was not told a second key was missing nor could they tell me the combo to unlock car until I was ready to leave. Bump in rear of vehicle when you stop and release brake On my 2019 high country 2500 there is a bump in the rear of the vehicle. Not only can you hear it but you can feel it 100 times more. They said first On my 2019 high country 2500 there is a bump in the rear of the vehicle. Not only can you hear it but you can feel it 100 times more. They said first it was gas sloshin around in the tank and bumping. Next time they said the leaf springs and shackles had to be retorqued. They said the brakes were checked and were fine but the wheels were not even removed so how was the brakes checked. The problem still exist just as bad now. It seems like the service manager is relying on bulletins than actually finding the root of the problem and fixin it. More
Quick and attentive service Bryon at the service desk is a straight shooter and courteous. He and the service techs diagnosed my A/C problem and had it fixed and I was out the do Bryon at the service desk is a straight shooter and courteous. Because of the issue, Bryon called GM to see if they would help with the cost and they did, dropping the price from $1,100 to $350. Outstanding work overall. More
