Great Service I came in without an appointment and needed a car tag bracket installed on my new pickup. Pleasant experience I purchased a new 2019 Silverado. Very responsive and professional. I live 45 minutes from the dealership and they were very helpful prior to visiting the dealership. My first visit was to test drive the 2 options. I left to think it over and there was no pressure to "close the sale now". I called back later that day to tell them which truck I would purchase and scheduled a date for finalize the transaction. I showed up and final paperwork took about an hour an a half. No pressure form the finance manager for add on items. That was nice. I would have appreciated the time to be less but I imagine the last day of the month was busy. I left with a tank full of gas and a clean truck. More

Service and body shop Because I wasn’t told the day I made purchase that I only had 30 days to report any issues I have now been told I mite have to pay for a new window th Because I wasn’t told the day I made purchase that I only had 30 days to report any issues I have now been told I mite have to pay for a new window that was already damaged,when anyone would have thought at 1st that it was bird crap on bug crap so that helped time pass,there should be appointments in system that I had to cancel for this issue do to your business hours. So I finally take a day off from work to fix window only to sit there for 2 hrs n 20 mins to be told we can’t fix it....who wants a 350000 truck with a messed up window and who won’t report issues in 30 days if that’s what they were told and if u count the appointments I had to cancel do to your business hours I did report issues in less than 30 days and Byron the service guy customer service sucks. I found my car and everything was over quickly I found the truck I wanted and Maurice explained how things had changed from my truck,2000 Dakota, to the 2014 Silverado LT. He then went over the cost in buying the truck and we agreed on an even less cost for the truck. I have looked at many trucks in the past couple of months and no dealer had come close to the price I received from Thorton Chevy. This is the first Chevy I have ever owned in over 50 years of driving and I am very happy with this dealer. More
