Shock!!! Overall it was a good experience, but was definitely shock to hear they only give $15 in gas. I travelled far and was pretty much on E before getting home. I was told the reason of only giving $15 in gas was because they sell a lot of cars. This to me will should the reason why a full tank should be affordable! But my sales reps were both pleasant and nice. More

Check Engine Light I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the next morning, but the light had gone out and the error code had gone to history, so nothing was resolved. After a lull, the light came on with increasing frequency, and I brought the truck in last Tuesday with the light still on. Tim wrote it up and gave me a loaner while the problem was being checked out. I picked the truck up the next afternoon with nothing found for certain, but the computer was reflashed. So far (half a day), the light has been out, so I'm hoping it has been fixed; otherwise, its coming back to the shop.. More

Very Professional My husband and I came to John Thornton just to look around to see what our options were. That day we met saleslady Marva. She gave us her card and told us to call her if we were interested in purchasing. With hesitation I gave Marva my phone number. We all know how some salesman can be pushy. But to my surprise, Marva did not contact me at all. I ended up contacting her the next week letting her know what our interest were. She asked me when would be a good time for me to come in and ultimately left the ball in my court. When we got to the dealership, everything was so calm, relax and stress free. She didn't try to sell me on the extras, or something that I didn't want or was out the budget. We appreciate her expertise, professionalism, and being just what we needed out of a salesperson. I think she deserves an award for being so excellent. I would definitely recommend her to my fellow family and friends. More
