Purchase of 2018 Toyota Highlander We drove over 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Waited another 3 hours for them to get paperwork correct on a cash deal (had names wrong on paperwork We drove over 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. Waited another 3 hours for them to get paperwork correct on a cash deal (had names wrong on paperwork although they had copies of drivers license and all paperwork had to be redone) and then had another 4 hour drive to get back home. Vehicle was listed on internet as having 1300+ miles and that was what they put on paperwork. When we were driving home we realized it actually has 2500+ miles. Not a big deal according to them but we felt a little bit cheated on that. To clarify odometer was on trip mode is why we didn't notice it till driving home. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Also we signed a ton of paperwork but only received about 3 documents when we left. I would have liked to have a copy of everything we signed, On the other hand we love the vehicle. More
