The sales manager, Dino Hill, made himself freely available from the beginning to help put together a great deal and explain all the numbers. My past experiences at various car dealerships included snooty, high-nosed sales managers who didn't care about anything except "closing a deal" but not Dino. He was very patient with us and and helped make us feel both comfortable and good about our purchase. It was one of the few times where I didn't wake up the next morning wondering whether I got a good deal or not. Since I'm in management myself, its important to me to see the sales manager willing to be involved in a deal. My only regret is that we didn't stop to explore Thornton Chevy the PREVIOUS time we bought a Chevy. For our next purchse, our FIRST stop will be to Thornton Chevy! More
