Transmission challenge. Mike was my service agent. He gave me a warm welcome and advised there were no loaners but I could get a ride back to my home by a Thornton team memb Mike was my service agent. He gave me a warm welcome and advised there were no loaners but I could get a ride back to my home by a Thornton team member. This worked fine and i was promptly called when my Colorado was complete and under warranty. The team member was sent and brought me to the dealer. I am good to GO! More
