I had decided to once again upgrade to a car with the 3rd row. Had owned a suburban before but didn’t want to go quite that big. Saw a used Chevy Traverse online that I really liked. Called the dealership row. Had owned a suburban before but didn’t want to go quite that big. Saw a used Chevy Traverse online that I really liked. Called the dealership and drove out the next day. Marva came up to us and when I told her I had called about a car I was interested in she quickly located the keys and after both myself and my husband drove it we did a little negotiating and drove it home that afternoon. Next day realized one of the key fobs wouldn’t work. Called Marva and went back a couple of days later when their key person was coming and had a new key made. Really liked the customer service and felt like I got a really good deal. More
