Once again I call the service department to let them know, I drop my car off in the evening, and when the service is complete the next day, Thornton Chevrolet lets me know. I was a little disappointed. Normally this would be a 5 Star rating. The purpose of my visit was due to a blown front right blinker. I called and spoke with an adviser. I told him about the message that I was receiving on my dashboard. He stated and confirmed that it was a blown bulb and assisted me to make an appointment. I arrived for my appointment on time. When I was greeted, I advised the sales/customer service representative the purpose of my visit. They had me to do a series of things with my lights. (Turn them on blinkers etc). My car was then taking to the back. I waited for almost 2 hours. The representative came and said Mr. Cox your front light bulb is blown. I was like I knew that and confirmed that with you. He then asked me did I want them to fix it? I was very disappointed because I just sat for two hours for them to determine that. When that was already determined before they took my car to the garage. I replied yes and confirmed again that I wanted them to repair it. It took them 20 minutes or less to fix it and I was on my way. I was a little annoyed on how everything went down. They could have advised me that it was going to take a long time. (Set an expectation for a minor repair) and then to come back and tell me that it was my light bulb. 4 stars for this visit. Normally this is a 5-star experience. More

Capital Cadillac they had it for four days and figured it was a cable problem where when the engine was put in at John Thorton, the spark cables weren’t secured, and one of the plug cables came off.
