Worse service department we have ever had to deal with in many many years. We were assured that we would receive impeccable service when we bought the car. We have not!! Your service manager is the worse I many many years. We were assured that we would receive impeccable service when we bought the car. We have not!! Your service manager is the worse I have ever seen. He could care less about your customers and goes to great lengths to prove it. We have had nothing but problems with this department and one could have possibly cost us our lives. This last time my husband had an appointment for 3 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. At 4:30 they had not started on the car and seemed to have no idea when they would. He asked for the car and went elsewhere. At least they did not lose the car like they did last time. I understand there are some problems getting employees and we are able to work with you on that issue. The least you can do is to keep us informed if we have to wait; however, there is no excuse for bad attitudes and being ignored. More

The service guy was awesome to work with, but I feel like I got xxxxx on the price of 1 tire!! I had a schedule oils change and had to wait 2 /12 hours. Had other appointments that had to be rescheduled. This appointment was such a big inconvenience. My Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT has been shaking/vibrating/stuttering at low RPM. It started at 12k miles. I brought vehicle into the dealership to have service take a look at it and they we shaking/vibrating/stuttering at low RPM. It started at 12k miles. I brought vehicle into the dealership to have service take a look at it and they were unable to reproduce the issue. Which is crazy being that everyone that gets into my truck feels it with out me saying anything about the issue. I’ve provided videos to better explain the issue. I’ve talked to technicians at the dealership and they have acknowledged that it’s not normal for the truck to be doing that. Finally after the 3rd time they put me on a waiting list to have someone else take a look at the problem. It’s ridiculous that a 60k thousand dollar car is having these issues at 12k miles. It’s very frustrating because I have a 1 yr old baby that at times rides with me and I have this unreliable vehicle and the issue still hasn’t been addressed. More
